Responsibilities
  • Resolving technical issues on-site through effective coordination between contractors and consultants.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with the planned timeline, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in handling coordination documentation effectively.
  • Understanding and supervising material testing on-site and off-site.
  • Liaise with and manage matters related to authorities, especially Safety Requirements.
  • Comprehend the sequence of works, as well as output production understanding.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on construction sites.
  • Experience in achieving 80 marks and above on QLASSIC or CONQUAS assessment.
  • Strong experience in site coordination across multi-trade interface elements.
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of construction work sequences, materials QAQC and industry best practices.
