Job Descriptions

Project Management:

Responsible for the smooth and proper implementation of mechanical and electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and design standards.
Involve in planning and design coordination process from conceptual design, zoning layout planning, room interaction process, material interaction process to construction and completion within the established budget, schedule and quality standards.

Design And Documentation:

Cost impact studies on design development to achieve high efficiency and sustainable Mechanical and Electrical system.
Provide expertise in Mechanical and Electrical planning and methodology for the projects.
Checking Mechanical and Electrical detailed drawings and specifications.
Checking and setting SOP for all design in M&E systems such as Electrical, Aircond, BAS, FPS/FAS, Pumps, Plumbing, Gas, ELV, Card access system, CCTV system, Barrier Gate system, lift, escalators and travelators.
Explore, evaluate, and review Mechanical and Electrical related consultants (Mechanical and Electrical, GreenRe and Fire Engineers).
Participate in Tender and VE exercise.

Coordination And Collaboration:

Collaborate with other design professionals, including architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to ensure a cohesive design approach.
Participate and attend Client & Consultant Meeting for the overall planning, landscape, masterplan and technical meetings to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure all aspects of the project meet regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments, such as Quantity Surveying and Marketing, to address issues related to contracts, building materials, and specifications.
Attend meetings with authorities and consultants, prepare detailed reports, and communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress.

Quality Assurance:

Review and publish design standardization for project developments. Reassess Mechanical and Electrical design and quality set by consultants to development’s budget and uphold stakeholders’ interest in the company.
Review design layouts and details to ensure safety, practicality, cost efficiency, aesthetic value, functionality and customer experience.
Ensure that all mechanical and electrical work meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence strictly to the approved designs and specifications.
Ensure M&E systems are in compliance with Acts and By-Laws.

Innovation And Research:

Support other team members in project design outline, requirement, compliance and ensure that the core values of the company vision are aligned throughout the projects.
In the project and design department supporting Mechanical and Electrical services in design review, optimization constructability, and innovative design trends in the market.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
At least 8 years working experience in consultant & property development industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in Highrise mixed development, landed & township Development.
Cost Analysis & Optimization with a keen sense of attention to detail.
Candidate must possess good attitude and personality with organizational skills, creative and practical skills to learn and grow with the company.
Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English.
Required skill(s): MS Office, Autocad, and Dialux Lighting Stimulation.
A team player and willing to travel for attend coordination and site meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
