CARiNG Pharmacy seeks a Project Manager specializing in interior fit-out to oversee projects from inception to completion. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams and contractors, along with precise communication of design changes. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and at least 3 years of experience in the retail design sector.

Responsible for Project Management, Planning, Budgeting, Co-ordination, and Financial Control.
Required to work closely with colleagues to ensure project scope and schedule are maintained, while coordinating between internal departments.
Must liaise with various stakeholders.
Monitor main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure adherence to project guidelines.
Conduct site reconnaissance, take measurements, and prepare drawings as needed.
Read and understand construction drawings, communicating any necessary changes.
Participate in and prepare tenders for projects.
Prepare 2D drawings and details when required.
Responsible for preparing Bills of Quantity and tender documents.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out industry.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Good knowledge of retail design and fit-out experience.
Pro-active with excellent communication skills.
Own transport and able to travel outstation if required.
Willing to travel or relocate (scheduled to move to a new HQ in Bukit Raja by mid-2025).
Currently based in Section 51, Petaling Jaya.
