An established industry player in property development is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead construction projects in a dynamic environment. This role involves overseeing building works, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders. To oversee and monitor the progress of building construction works.
To ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings in respect of the specifications, quality and time of completion.
Ensure that the company's Quality Management System Manual and the Project Quality Plan (PQP) are adhered to during construction of C&S and Architectural works.
To check and coordinate all C&S, M&E and Architectural drawings from implementation until completion of projects.
To attend to site valuation, to coordinate and follow up with Contract Department for any works to be carried out.
To liaise with authority, attending meetings and responsible for timely application of CCC/CF.
To be the leader of site staff and to provide guidance to site staff for supervision works.
Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
Must have 6 years' of working experience in high rise, shopping mall and mixed development projects
Good technical knowledge in architectural and structural services
Experience in ISO, IBS, Q-LLASIC and CONQUAS system
Able to work under pressure
Discipline, integrity and committed
Possess good supervision & leadership skill and quality awareness
Willing to work in Putrajaya
