The role involves managing vendor processes in Coupa, including onboarding, risk assessment, contract management, and purchase requisitions. Ensuring compliance with local, group, and Bank Negara Malaysia policies is essential. The role also includes providing first-level support and guidelines to business users, monitoring supplier onboarding and contract management for accuracy and compliance, liaising with Coupa COE Support for issue resolution, overseeing tender processes in collaboration with Finance and Legal departments, and conducting supplier performance assessments and annual attestations, with final reports for management review.

• Handle vendor management processes (Outsourcing and Third Party) in Coupa, including supplier onboarding, Coupa Risk Assess (CRA), Contract Management, Purchase Requisition (PR), and Supplier Performance Assessment.

• Ensure vendor management processes fully comply with local policies, group policies, and Bank Negara Malaysia regulations.

• Provide first-level support and clear guidelines to business users for Coupa, supplier onboarding, CRA, Contract Management, PR, and Supplier Performance Assessment.

• Monitor supplier onboarding by ensuring all submitted information in Coupa is correct and complies with policy requirements.

• Oversee contract management in Coupa, ensuring all suppliers are fully tagged with a contract before payment releases.

• Ensure all contracted suppliers complete Coupa Risk Assessment.

• Act as the point of contact for liaising with Coupa COE Support to resolve issues or tickets.

• Manage the tender process for IT and Non-IT materials, including setup, meetings, guidance, and support to ensure proposal accuracy and adherence to standards. Collaborate with Finance on Financial Health Assessments and with Legal on Legal & Risk Litigation assessments.

• Oversee supplier performance assessments and annual attestations, communicating with business units, providing support during the performance period, and preparing final reports for management review.
