Job description

Assistant Manager, Process Improvements & Partnerships

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in creating a platform and proposition to facilitate PFS product cross-selling.
  2. Revamp and simplify the onboarding process, addressing potential friction points from front liners.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, branches, and the credit department to meet clients' needs, including creating efficient application and approval processes for existing BCB/PFS clients.
  4. Act as the main contact for cross-functional marketing, product development, and bundling initiatives.
  5. Coordinate with external channels and internal partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  6. Manage projects across multiple products and channels with attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution through audits.
Team Responsibilities
  1. Work with product teams and stakeholders to ensure development and initiatives stay on track.
  2. Partner with marketing to create opportunities and initiatives that meet revenue and efficiency goals.
  3. Support budget setting, tracking, and invoice reconciliation across products and channels.
Organizational Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Credit, PFS, and BCB stakeholders to create a unified solution that balances risk and return sustainably.
  2. Prioritize the long-term interests of Hong Leong Bank over short-term gains.
Qualifications
