As a purpose-driven organization committed to excellent service and support, we seek an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager, Party Alteration.

The Role:

  1. Be a staff member of the Party Alteration Team, handling processing of Person Alterations, Policy Assignments, and CRS/FATCA transactions. Provide technical guidance to junior team members to meet targeted Turn Around Time and Service Level Agreements, and assist the Manager in leading or participating in projects to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  2. Process policyholder applications within authorized limits.
  3. Handle complex transactions by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and providing recommendations.
  4. Respond to all customer (internal/external), agent, and vendor inquiries and complaints, monitor until resolution, understand root causes, and implement preventive measures.
  5. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for processing Person Alterations, Policy Assignments, and CRS/FATCA transactions.
  6. Guide junior team members technically, ensuring compliance with TAT and SLA targets.
  7. Participate actively in projects and initiatives aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
  8. Assist the Manager in task execution, reporting progress and status.
  9. Consider business and regulatory compliance risks, taking appropriate mitigation actions.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and enhance safeguards.
  11. Identify potential risks or concerns and share best practices proactively.
  12. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by superiors or management.

The Person:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Majoring in Insurance or Finance is an advantage.
  • Professional qualifications such as AMII/ACII, FLI, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a team leader or senior role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into effective solutions.
  • High integrity, accountable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Initiative to improve processes and adaptability to change.
