Malaysia Airlines Berhad seeks an Assistant Manager for its Project Management Office. The role involves project support, coordination, and monitoring to ensure quality and financial targets are met. Provide support, coordination and monitoring of all projects and initiatives within MAB Ground Handling Services to meet the intended objective, quality, timeline and financial target.
Support the project owner to plan, implement and manage project framework and monitor the project progress with diligence, to add value and advisory where possible, and to provide structured reporting mechanism to the management. Serves as the primary liaison between the PMO Manager and all project implementers and project owners.
Provide assistance in planning, implementation and review of status update meetings for key projects within AeroDarat.
Monitor progress of projects and reports to PMO Manager on progress and implement any required actions. Gather, investigate, research, analyze, and/or study information pertaining to organization-wide operations as delegated.
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Review, research, and give recommendation on new or revised strategies, operational plans, policies and processes as delegated.
