About the Role:
You're the go-to person for keeping the division’s KPIs on track and making sure we hit our yearly goals. You'll be responsible for making sure daily performance reports and dashboards are accurate and delivered on time. You'll also dig into the data to spot any risks or opportunities. On top of that, you’ll help prepare materials for weekly and monthly management meetings and take the lead on proposing and calculating rewards or incentive schemes.
Your Day-toDay:
1. Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and report on daily performance metrics including throughput, revenue, and sales order/backorder (SO/BO).
Maintain and update key tools such as the Obeya board and Power BI dashboards.
Prepare weekly management reports and conduct performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare monthly executive summary reports for After Sales performance.
Consolidate and analyze monthly data on manpower, bay capacity, unit throughput, P&L, and OPEX.
Lead the preparation of Digital Capacity files and updates for internal review.
Generate monthly KPI dashboards and supporting evidence files.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all data is timely, accurate, and aligned with company goals.
Manage the consolidation, tracking, and reporting of divisional KPIs.
Analyze KPI trends and performance gaps, and present insights to management.
Ensure alignment with annual targets and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare and consolidate presentation materials for the National Sales Meeting.
Support the Director and leadership team with data and strategic insights during NSM.
Track and evaluate monthly performance related to OCE (Operational & Customer Excellence) incentives.
Propose, revise, and manage reward and incentive schemes in collaboration with relevant teams.
Consolidate and report on Business Policy results and maintain updated materials.
Assist in the preparation of AMP, MRP, and 10-Year Business Plan materials.
Support annual and half-yearly budgeting processes for P&L and OPEX planning.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounts and Finance/any related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in management reporting capacity.
Data Analysis - experience in business data visualization, analysis, forecasting and risk assessment.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good team player, networking, planning and project management.
