Assistant Manager Planner - Engineering is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and minimal downtime. This role involves developing preventive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing maintenance resources.

What We’re Looking For:
? Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering.
? 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning, asset management, or engineering maintenance.
? Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in CMMS software (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
? Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance principles.
? Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.).
? Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Reliability Engineering concepts.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
