Responsible for the overall depot/warehouse operation of Johor Bahru branch, including distribution, inventory, CRM, and administration.

As regional distribution center and regional sales office.

Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health policies and procedures.

Order Processing Cycle: Manage daily operations of CRM and FG Warehouse to process customer orders in SAP, including picking, packing, and shipment to meet OTIF targets.

Inventory Management: Plan and maintain sufficient inventory levels by coordinating with HQ warehouses and conducting quarterly stock takes.

Finance: Assist in preparing annual budgets for OPEX & CAPEX, monitor actual vs. budget, and oversee collection of accounts receivable with timely updates.

Staff Management: Responsible for training, recruitment, and welfare of depot staff.

Compliance: Provide leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP, EU, ISO) and facilitate smooth audits, especially for psychotropic and controlled items in accordance with the Poison Act 1952 and Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.

Warehouse Purchasing: Evaluate and select best prices and quality for CAPEX and OPEX expenditures.

Vendor/Transporter Management: Review vendor performance, set KPIs, negotiate terms, and manage rental/vendor agreements.

Continuous Improvement: Implement new procedures to enhance supply chain processes.

Risk Assessment: Conduct risk analyses and develop controls to mitigate potential risks.

The Person

Member of MPS (Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society).

Registered Pharmacist with Malaysian Pharmacist Board.

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.

Strong knowledge of compliance with MOH, NPCB, and other regulations.

Excellent management skills for supervising sub-teams including store, admin, and CRM.

Familiarity with SAP systems for sales order processing and stock management.

Competent in strategic planning, reporting, and staff training.

Ability to implement changes aligned with company expansion plans.

Strong communication skills at all levels.

Proven leadership to manage and reorganize teams effectively.
