Job Scope:
Responsible for overseeing and managing PD Governance by delivery of superior governance support, excellent rapport and customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Risk and Compliance for PD Governance and achievement of set targets through proper tracking, monitoring with timely closure.
To engage respective stakeholders between 1st line and 2nd line of Defense and seek proper advice from Risk and Compliance when feasible.
To ensure timely and accurate submission of Risk and Compliance gap analysis, control and self-assessment as per Risk and Compliance.
To manage stakeholders’ expectation related to Risk and Compliance.
To provide advice, support and drive new initiatives as per Risk, Compliance and Regulatory guideline or requirement independently.
To ensure governance performance review adhered to Risk and Compliance guide including Regional expectation.
Ensuring cooperation in deep dive reviews, incident investigation and reporting management.
To identify and escalate any risk or emerging risk issues, as appropriate.
To ensure Risk and Compliance related awareness when needed.
To build rapport and provide governance support to PD business division.
Perform any other duties that assigned by Superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION
a. Work Experiences
At least 5 years Risk and Compliance experience, preferably in lending or financial service industry.
b. Education/Qualifications
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
PCE, CEILI related courses would be an advantage.
c. Knowledge/Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Responsible and ability to work under minimum supervision.
Positive mindset and a good team player.
