Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Manager, P2P to own the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, ensure timely processing and strong internal controls within a Manufacturing Shared Services setting.

You will lead and mentor the P2P team, collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare accurate financial reports, support audits, and drive process improvements across vendors and payments.

• Implement and oversee financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes and financial operations within the Shared Services sector. (MUST HAVE)


• A Mandarin speaker to support Greater China region.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Experience in managing and leading teams (MUST HAVE)


• Proficiency in financial systems and relevant software tools.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.


• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
