Description

As Offsite & Omnichannel Personalization Assistant Manager, you will be leading the steering of Offsite & Omnichannel use case adoption, implementation and blueprint enhancements on behalf of the overseas markets. You will be working with state-of-the-art Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms to drive the 1-1 personalization experience across key digital consumer journey touchpoints.


Your day-to-day will look like:

  • Be the champion and liaison for Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), supporting market with use case activation and managing new demands.
  • Hands-on on the platform to deliver the end-to-end Data Cloud audience creation and platform activation for planned campaigns as well as market’s always-on initiatives.
  • Consult & collaborate with internal streams along with the appointed agency to drive Offsite Audience Solutions adoption according to the campaign objective & phasing, ensuring the right audience is utilized on the paid platform to maximize the media efficiency as well as lead acquisition.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Taxonomy is crucial in the success of the topic, therefore you’ll be required to perform periodic auditing to ensure the campaign setup is as per the governance and best practices.
  • Work together with the Market Leads to consult and support markets on topic enablement as well as understanding their nuances in order to existing use cases and improve strategy adoption.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Information Technology or equivalent.


Experience (type of)

  • At least 3 years of experience in Digital and CRM Marketing experience
  • Ability to communicate data and human insights into actionable strategies for colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Self-starter attitude to proactively seek new solutions to meet the needs of the business
  • Curious data informed decision maker who excels at collaboration
  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the
    executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for insights and actions


Specific knowledge/ Skill

  • Preferably hands-on use case implementation experience on Salesforce platforms (Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) or
    equivalent platform (Adobe DMP, Target, Audience Studio etc).
  • Proven experience in working on Google Marketing Platform (GMP) such as DV360, GA4, SA360 & CM360.
  • Familiarity in data-driven personalization 360° & customer journey marketing approach.
  • Experience in end-to-end Omnichannel campaign management will be a plus.
