The Client

Join one of the global leader within the FMCG Manufacturing industry as an Assistant Product Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Holds a Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  2. Comes with at least 3 - 4 years of product management, key account management, and/or similar experience. Prior experience within the consumer goods manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
  3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market trends, data, store audits, and competitor insights to create leading NPD concepts and proposals.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and manage timelines effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and handle complaints, working closely with the QA team to resolve issues.
  • Manage key accounts, including regular performance reviews and overall portfolio management.
  • Set and achieve sales targets for assigned customers, exploring all opportunities to expand business and increase sales volume.
