The Role:
  • Assist in processing TPD/TPOL claims
  • Manage claims registration, offers, and payments
  • Review outstanding files
  • Approve claims within authority limits
  • Appoint adjusters and solicitors
  • Attend to ad hoc matters as directed by the supervisor
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation steps
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risks and safeguard the company
  • Highlight potential concerns/risks and proactively share best risk management practices
  • Perform other responsibilities as required
The Person:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Initiative to improve current processes and adaptability to change
