SCOPE OF ROLE:
The role as Assistant Manager, Marketing Partnership - (Smart Traveller)/Senior Executive is responsible for driving commercial revenue under the Smart Traveller ecosystem. This role focuses on maximizing revenue streams through partnerships, strategic selling, and user acquisition while expanding the Smart Traveller app's value proposition beyond airport-related services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Revenue Generation & Partner Sales
- Introduce Smart Traveller to Potential Partners
- Develop and execute strategies to sell Smart Traveller tools to partners, including:
- LMC (Link My Card): Partner integration for seamless loyalty card linking.
- Points-to-Points Conversion: Enabling cross-platform rewards conversion.
- Market Place: Facilitating exclusive partner deals and offers.
- Membership Benefits: Expanding premium-tier benefits through partnerships.
- Points Redemption: Encouraging points utilization across various services.
- In-App Advertising: Monetizing app traffic with targeted ad placements.
- Commercial Deal Structuring & Negotiation.
- Identify and pitch Smart Traveller tools to Corporate Partners.
- Structure win-win agreements with partners, either as:
- Ancillary revenue streams (direct sales & commissions).
- Marketing exchange deals (cross-promotions & bundled benefits).
Partner Marketing & Exposure Strategies
- Collaborate on Joint Marketing Initiatives
- Work with partners to bundle Smart Traveller tools into their loyalty ecosystems.
- Develop co-branded campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Leverage partners’ customer base for reciprocal marketing exposure.
- In-App & Digital Advertising Sales
- Promote ad placements in the Smart Traveller app as a revenue channel.
- Secure brands for featured placements, banners, and sponsored content.
Data Growth & User Acquisition
- Expand Smart Travellers’ User Database
- Implement strategic acquisition campaigns with partners.
- Leverage on corporate channels to onboard new users.
- Ensure non-travelers find value in the app by expanding non-airport benefits.
- Boost Engagement & Service Utilization.
- Increase app usage frequency by introducing more lifestyle services.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, fintech, and digital service providers to ensure Smart Traveller remains relevant beyond the airport ecosystem.
