Job summary

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the MarCom team in implementation of the Brand strategies.
- Be actively involved in marketing communications strategies for new and existing products.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing Communications strategies - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
- Assist on day-to-day activities of the marketing communications team including sub-division of Graphics Design.
- Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing communications team.
- Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
- Work with corporate’s loyalty program & partnering marketing (SEA), not limited to B2B, B2B2C and B2C.
- Work on Sponsorship Marketing (SEA) – Annual Dinner, Airline, Bank & Corporate.
- Assist to develop new Marketing Strategies (with minimum cost) to increase company awareness and brand name, as well as revenue.
- Work on new social media plan, including contest, video and posting. Generate customer engagement and involvement, and increase market penetration.
- Monitor and overseeing the performance of internal and external agencies. Prepare monthly report on the ROI and KPI for management review.
- Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, brand management, or corporate marketing.
- Experience in B2B, B2B2C, and B2C marketing environments is an advantage.
- Prior involvement in sponsorship marketing, digital campaigns, and event planning is preferred.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and communications planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Familiar with Southeast Asia (SEA) market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
