• Study the Monthly Master Plan to proceed with C&P jobs with the Merchandising Team.

• Brief the Creative Team / External Agency on the direction & concept of events / promotions.

• Support new store openings / renovations by planning opening magazines and promotions.

• Coordinate merchandise with respective departments for advertising—manuscript submission in item descriptions & price checks.

• Compile reviews of each promotion, event, & sales results on a weekly & monthly basis.

• Study retail market & customer behavior, especially competitors' business formats, to utilize retail data & make promotion reviews that support promotion planning.

• Develop and coordinate in-store promotional events and marketing materials, such as point-of-sale displays, to drive sales and engagement.

• Coordinate with merchandising discount sales & submit applications for sale licenses to KPDNKK.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years working experience.

• Knowledge of media production, communication, dissemination techniques, and methods.

• Ability to report effectively in written and verbal communication through stores and agencies.

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure & deadlines.

• Willingness to work extended hours when required.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
