This role will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and supervising the marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, identify business opportunities, and enhance the Company’s branding and market positioning.
- Develop new marketing initiatives to support and drive the Company’s sales budget and business growth while improving project profitability.
- Manage and lead sales & marketing teams to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Ensure effective utilization of the advertising & promotional budget to generate sales performance and reach target segments.
- Execute marketing campaigns according to approved creative concepts and corporate identity guidelines.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and customer preferences to formulate strategies that boost project registration and uptake rates.
- Provide product development briefs and develop unique product propositions and differentiations.
- Conduct market feasibility studies related to business development and growth opportunities.
- Liaise with customers, legal, banking, authorities, consultants, creative agencies, and real estate agencies to achieve sales and branding goals.
- Undertake project registration campaigns and execute project launches within scheduled timeframes.
- Develop and review pricing strategies and sales packages to maximize sales and profitability.
- Analyze marketing activity reports and recommend action plans as needed.
- Provide product briefings to sales teams, real estate agencies, and solicitors.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism, enhancing the department and company's reputation and relationships with clients.
- Develop and revise sales packages and promotional schemes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Perform other duties as instructed by management.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, managing residential development projects.
