Job Responsibilities:
  1. Engage and develop good relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as co-workers.
  2. Proactively generate rental sales to meet the targets set by the company.
  3. Increase customer satisfaction and ensure business growth.
  4. Identify new business opportunities or growth potential within the construction or warehouse markets and service existing customers.
  5. Research competitors' markets and activities, and stay updated on market segmentation.
  6. Follow up on payments and collections, including recovering bad debts from existing customers.
  7. Prepare weekly rental sales plans and reports.
  8. Provide comprehensive rental sales information and proposals to facilitate clear business dealings.
  9. Develop new customer accounts through targeted business planning.
  10. Understand customer needs and offer suitable pricing and quotations.
  11. Regularly service existing customers to meet their professional needs.
  12. Provide detailed purchase information to establish clear business dealings.
Job Requirements:
  1. Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent.
  2. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required; especially Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  3. Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction or related fields.
  4. Dynamic with critical thinking skills.
  5. Self-motivated, able to work independently, resourceful, aggressive, and results-oriented.
  6. Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  7. Strong character, integrity, and work ethics, including sound judgment, honesty, dependability, and loyalty.
  8. Willing to travel as required.
  9. Own transportation and ability to travel outstation.

Remuneration packages include commission and allowances.
