Job Responsibilities (Residential Property Development only)
Assist superior in coordinating and overseeing residential property development projects, refurbishment works, and business development activities.
Monitor residential project progress, quality, cost, and timelines to ensure project objectives are met.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
Support the preparation and review of project reports, work programs, budgets, and market research.
Ensure all residential project activities comply with regulatory, statutory, and company requirements.
Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner; provide technical support to the Property Maintenance Team as needed.
Attend site inspections, ensure contractors’ work meets required quality standards and timely handover to the Property Maintenance Team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in residential property development, construction, or project management, with exposure to both residential landed and high-rise projects preferred.
Proven experience in supporting residential property development projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of development processes, construction methodologies, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with contract administration (e.g., PAM contract); basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, or other design software is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Willing to travel and be based at project sites as required.
