Job Description: Merchandising Support Specialist at PUMA

Your Mission:

Facilitate and support the SEA Merchandising/GTM functions to achieve the merchandising strategy set by the Head of Merchandising, ensuring a solid and desirable platform for the brand's longevity. Support and deliver the financial plan to maximize sell-through results.

Key Tasks:
  1. Merchandising Planning and Reporting: Facilitate product range planning, article readiness, RRP and margins maintenance, checkpoint & cross-functional alignment. Provide market competitor and pricing analysis. Track product order windows, launch dates, and sell-through of key launches with the functional team.
  2. GTM Support: Assist GTM/Merch Managers with sell-in tools, analytics, Key Accounts requests, ad-hoc reports, and presentation/meeting preparation. Compile and distribute merchandising/product reports regularly and as needed.
  3. Tools & Processes: Support key merchandising tools and processes in alignment with global solutions, including forecasting, sample portal, and digital catalog.
  4. Showroom & Tradeshow Support: Support sample operations for tradeshows, including ordering, tracking, inventory management, and sales of samples.
Your Talent:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail merchandising, wholesale merchandising, or product marketing within the sports-lifestyle industry.

IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of ERP systems.

Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English and the local language.
