A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Human Resources Manager with at least 8 years of managerial experience. The role involves overseeing HR operations including compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. Ideal candidates are expected to have strong communication skills and knowledge of relevant labour legislation.

Manage all spectrum of HR duties including maintaining, coordinating and improvising a variety of Compensation and Benefits program
Prepare and coordinate all companies Employee engagement activities
Ensure all employee data maintain with highest level of confidence and integrity
Performance management systems
To conduct interviews and assess candidates using various hiring tools and recommend to hire
To provide guidance to supervisors and staff regarding the application of HR policies and the implementation of identified services to ensure that appropriate HR practices and implementation
To handle any Industrial Relations matters which includes conducting Domestic Inquiry, Employee Counseling and Coaching, and resolve any employee complaints
Payroll Cycle
To execute and prepare monthly payroll accurately for Management approval on timely basis
To monitor and checking the eligibility of employee OT and meal allowance claims before processing monthly payroll
Handling and liaise with Statutory Board with regard to payment and deduction; and to ensure the compliance with statutory provision
Quality Cycle
To ensure simple ISO procedure in HR Department are abides tactfully.
To ensure HR department standard guidelines are followed accordingly.
To conduct job design, grading and bench-marking for the Group
To conduct in-house training when required
Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Qualification:
Minimum a Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 8 years managerial experience in handling wide spectrum of human resources functions including compensation & benefits, payroll administration, industrial relations, training & development, industrial relations and policy development.
ISO 9001:2015 knowledge will be an added advantage.
Possessing a qualification as an OSH Coordinator will be considered a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of all labour legislation i.e Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, EPF Act. Socso Act and etc…
Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken & written)
Knowledge to use Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Point
