Responsibilities

1. Handle full set of finance operations such as Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Management Reporting, Taxation, and Financial Analysis.
2. Prepare or assist in the preparation of Project Profit Computation as per MFRS15 for Developer.
3. Prepare or assist in the preparation of Income Tax and Deferred Tax Computation.
4. Assist in Cash flow Reporting, Budgeting, Tax planning, Compliance with Risk Management, and other exceptional reporting for Property Developer and Trading.
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors/management.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or MIA membership are an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, able to multi-task, proactive, and meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting, with full set account experience in the Property Developer industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a computerized accounting environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, ability to work under pressure, result-oriented, and good team relations.
