Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development

The role involves improving the internal Real Estate (Property Development) Feasibility Study template, implementing suitable systems for the company, and coordinating with various departments including Project, Sales & Marketing, Cost & Contract, Finance, and Legal to ensure comprehensive feasibility studies and related documentation.

Responsibilities include assisting in preparing business development proposals, financial models, market research, site visits, and developing strategies for sourcing and managing new property development opportunities. The role also entails conducting detailed feasibility studies, analyzing market data, and presenting findings to management.

Job requirements include a relevant degree or professional qualification, 2-3 years of experience in real estate or property development, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and knowledge of property development processes and regulations. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

The candidate should be hardworking, team-oriented, creative, and capable of working independently, with a good understanding of real estate legal and financial aspects.
