About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hong Leong Assurance Berhad - Agency Sales & Promotions team. You will be responsible for organizing or planning the company's agency sales and promotional initiatives. Working full-time, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

1. Plan, organize, and execute agency events, contests, and campaigns.
2. Manage key event timelines, logistics, and vendor communications.
3. Manage and coordinate product/gift sourcing for fulfillment projects.
4. Manage and monitor project budgets and reconcile expenses.
5. Analyze project feedback and work on internal process improvements.
6. Maintain organized records and project files.
7. Support in developing and implementing marketing strategies for promotion of upcoming/post events and campaigns (advertisement, recognition, e-booklet, certificate, video, poster, Facebook, corporate website, other collaterals).
8. Assist with any agency-related ad hoc assignments.
9. Perform other duties as required by management.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mass Communication or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management/database management or related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a creative design role, preferably in advertising, marketing, or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Cloud, especially in Design, Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Great personality and positive attitude.
• Creative, passionate, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Fluent in verbal and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
