Job summary

ADRIANYEO TAX SDN BHD seeks an Assistant Manager/ Manager, Accounts & AI to lead accounting engagements for SME clients and supervise a team, ensuring timely, high-quality financial reporting in line with MFRS/MPERS. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents while guiding junior staff.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, full ACCA/MICPA/CPA/ICAEW qualifications, and 5+ years of experience with strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent).
• Fully qualified ACCA / MICPA / CPA / ICAEW preferred.
• 5+ years of financial reporting, accounting and AI experience in SME or professional firm.
• Strong technical, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple accounting engagements for SME clients.
• Review and approve financial statements under MFRS/MPERS.
• Manage workflow, reporting deadlines and team performance.

Support the Manager/Director in managing full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and team supervision within an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and review full sets of accounts.

Ensure compliance with MFRS / MPERS and statutory requirements.

Supervise and guide junior accountants.

Prepare management reports and assist in budgeting.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting / Finance; ACCA / MICPA / CPA / ICAEW.

Min. 5 years of financial reporting & accounting & AI experience in SME or professional firm.
