We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as an Assistant Manager, Major Alteration, Policy Servicing. You will manage enquiries and amendments on policies, ensuring alignment with our commitment to exceptional customer service.

The Role:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle enquiries from policyholders, branches, and agents regarding policy matters accurately and promptly
  • Develop client retention strategies to conserve policies
  • Investigate complaints and recommend solutions
  • Review and improve processes
  • Support the Front Line Customer Service team as backup
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery activities
  • Implement revised policy processing practices
  • Monitor tasks to meet turnaround times
  • Perform other related responsibilities

The Person:

  • Degree in Communication, Management, Business Administration, or Insurance
  • Minimum: FLMI or Diploma in MII, or part ACII, AMII
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in Customer Service or Actuarial roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
