Job Responsibilities
Infra Development Planning
- Identify potential main infrastructure related issues or difficulties of complying with requirement and recommended appropriate solutions
Infra Development Implementation
- Manage and monitor the completion of main infrastructure works within contract value and to reduce the occurrence of variation orders entailing additional cost whilst ensuring quality products and timely completion
Infra Development Monitoring
- Support the implementation of quality, health, safety and environment management system i.e. policies, activities, procedures, instructions where relevant as per SOP and ISO quality standard
Infra Development Implementation
- Hand over completed main infrastructure services to the authorities for their operation or Township & Community Services team (prior to hand over to authorities) for maintenance
- Ensure the main infrastructure services are implemented to support building CFO/CCC for implementation as per MLP
Stakeholder Management
- Manage external parties (contractors, local authority) and internal parties to ensure smooth implementation of the main infrastructure works
People & Communication
- Plan and organize staffing requirement for main infra works
