• Responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of a 150k sqft warehouse, equipped with Automated Guided Vehicles(AGV) solution.
• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations for PTC, including, put-away, replenishment order picking, packing, and completeness of stores orders and pushing route to loading bay
• To ensure efficient and accurate picked quantity against order quantity.
• Utilise the WMS solution, to optimise order picking processes, minimise errors, and improve productivity
• Responsible operations planning for Put To case, handover to transport team within agreed loading window
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Manager to develop and implement warehouse strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
• Responsible to ensure dept KPI to stores(T+2) achieved with timely order processing and resources & tools mobilization to achieve the KPI
• Monitor and analyse warehouse KPIs to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and drive operational excellence
• Review dept & workers daily productivity set and execute retraining, rebriefing and action on those failed to improve continuously.
• Responsible on NSRO/EMalaysia picking and completion of shipment and handover to distribution dept before agreed window with Store Operations & EM forwarding agency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment within the warehouse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, transportation, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient order fulfilment
• Continuously evaluate and implement warehouse best practices, technologies, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Responsible for dept cost and review every OT approval and ensure efficient operations.
• Responsible to dept headcount allocated are fully utilised & productive and achieve gradual increase of productivity perhead(from 60touch to 150touch)
• Support Senior Operation Manager/AGM Supply Chain on any other task assigned deem fit.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Business, administration, or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team to meet goals and objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel).
