Job Summary

Lead and optimize our livestreaming efforts across multiple platforms. A strong background in livestream production, content strategy, and operational management. This role is critical in driving engagement, maximizing viewership, and ensuring that livestream operations run smoothly

Responsibilities

Livestream Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end livestream operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of livestream events.
  • Identify key platforms to maximize reach, engagement and sales.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, recommending new approaches and innovations to keep the livestream offerings fresh and engaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, design, sales) to ensure that livestream content aligns with broader business objectives and branding.

Livestream Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop a comprehensive livestream strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target audiences and develop engaging content tailored to these groups, ensuring high-quality, relevant livestream experiences.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze the performance of livestream events using key metrics such as viewer count, engagement rate, and conversion.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to management, offering recommendations for improving future livestreams.
  • Track and report on ROI for livestream initiatives, assessing the overall impact of livestream efforts on brand visibility and revenue.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit and train livestream hosts, livestream assistants.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure organizational goals and standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful livestream session/events.
  • Ability to work in shifts and on public holidays.
