Assistant Manager - Leasing & Property Management
- Lead and oversee property leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, renewals, and new acquisitions.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental yields.
- Supervise facility maintenance operations and ensure timely resolution of repair works.
- Ensure full compliance with leasing contracts, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct in-depth market research and provide insights to support rental pricing strategies and business planning.
- Prepare, review, and present financial and operational reports to management for decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and proactively.
- Provide guidance and support to Executives/Officers in the team, ensuring work quality and performance standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property leasing/management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in lease negotiations, property portfolio management, and tenant relationship management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight timelines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
