A leading real estate company in Sungai Petani is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Leasing to develop strategic leasing plans and manage tenant relations. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on achieving high occupancy rates.
We are looking for Assistant Manager, Leasing will be responsible to cover various aspects of the leasing activities in the shopping mall.
Your responsibilities will be to:
• Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the centre.
• Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.
• Manage leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences.
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department.
• Assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement overall marketing and leasing plans.
• To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields.
• Able to develop a feasibility studies on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view).
• Display teamwork and cooperation and work closely with other senior management personnel in the Group at all times to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
• Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Good in both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
