Job description

Develop comprehensive leasing strategies while delivering innovative marketing and communication initiatives, plans, and methodologies designed to effectively promote and position the company within the industry.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

LEASING:

1. Leasing Strategy and Execution:

Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each tenant’s sales performance and devise strategic countermeasures to enhance outcomes.

Master the layout of the mall's tenants, including outlet locations, business types, and zoning classifications for rentals and categories. Coordinate tenant recruitment and kiosks, understanding rental rates, tenancy agreements, renovation timelines, and business opening schedules, while managing the handover of vacant spaces and briefing tenants on mall rules and regulations.

2. Lease Management and Database Maintenance:

Understand management and tenant rights as per the Tenancy Agreement.

Conduct monthly assessments to ensure tenant compliance with legal and tenancy stipulations.

3. Tenant Acquisition and Relations:

Identify potential tenants and promote underperforming rental units to recover revenue.

4. Advertising and Marketing:

Support tenants by amplifying their voices, organizing monthly briefings, facilitating tenant training, and establishing events to foster engagement. Serve as a consultant to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate content for in-house newsletters and update the mall’s website.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

Visit tenant establishments regularly to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma or Degree in Communication, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.

Knowledge in budgeting and forecasting.

Experience in event coordination.

Graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.) are a plus.

Pleasant personality, team player, problem solver, detail-oriented, with good writing, designing, and analytical skills.

Independent, deadline-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
