Manage KLGCC advertising assets. Work with advertising partners to meet annual sales targets and with internal teams to manage inventory and operations.
Job Responsibilities
Agency of Record (AOR) Management
- Serve as the central point of contact for AOR partners, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and alignment with SDP’s objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance through quarterly scorecards and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct monthly man-hour analysis to track resource utilization versus deliverables.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AOR contracts, including negotiations and compliance with procurement requirements.
- Develop and implement SOPs.
- Coordinate agency-led external trainings and industry conferences for the internal team.
- Provide quarterly AOR updates to CMSO, COOs, and GCFO, and monthly updates to users.
KLGCC Advertising Asset Sales Management
- Lead the advertising sales portfolio for KLGCC to achieve yearly sales targets.
- Update monthly advertising sales performance and advertiser interests to management.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of advertising assets and sales potential.
- Manage and track advertising partner deliverables.
Education / Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing property real estate, with 3 years of managerial experience.
