Job Description:
- Initiate and maintain ongoing dialogue with the Group’s investors and analysts.
- Develop and implement as well as maintain investor relations programs in concert with the Group’s overall strategy.
- Support, develop and maintain the Group's Sustainability initiatives as well as reporting
- Communicating group wide strategic plans and gaining appreciation from the investing community.
- Develop materials for the Investor Relations programs and organize meetings and presentations.
- Manage preparation, production and distribution of quarterly earnings announcements, annual report and investor-related web content.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual report and AGM materials
- Review research coverage to ensure that these are balanced, objective and complete
- Develop and update the corporate website
- Ad-hoc nature and variability of projects which includes review and analysis, financial modelling and forecasting as well as assisting in tax, legal and other regulatory compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized financial qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance/Communication
- Prior experience in drafting press releases and financial documents for the investment community gained through working for a listed company or in a sell side team or at a financial services/ financial PR company
- Thorough understanding of the sensitivities of dealing with price sensitive information
- Ability to interface effectively with internal parties
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadline
