About the Job

Reporting to the Head of Events & Promotions and Information Management, you are responsible for the overall issues related to Takaful business by ensuring that the Company achieves its short-term goals and long-term objectives, particularly in agency training and development functions. The focus of the Events & Promotion Unit is divided into two portfolios: Information Management and Events & Promotion.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing daily and weekly reports on contests and incentives.
  • Providing daily reports for new business submissions.
  • Tracking leader performance (by agency).
  • Monitoring all contest/incentive results, reports, and appeals.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports for business analysis as required.
  • Supporting recruitment, contests/incentives, and event activities.
  • Handling circulars, updates, and communications.
  • Considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate mitigation steps.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technologies to better safeguard the company.
  • Highlighting potential risks and sharing best risk management practices.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Diploma in a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the financial sector, preferably in insurance or financial services, especially in Data Management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Query, VBA, and PowerPoint; capable of technical writing and coordination; able to work under pressure and independently.
  • High integrity, accountability, positive attitude, proactive, team-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
