Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5 years' hands-on experience in Industrial Relations.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies, government regulations, and applicable laws. Stay informed on legislative developments, changes in employment laws, and regulations to mitigate legal risks and exposure.

Oversee all Industrial Relations (IR) activities, including managing disciplinary actions, employee grievances, counseling sessions, misconduct investigations, and other related matters.

Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders by driving change initiatives and serving as a change agent. Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee programs aimed at enhancing engagement, boosting morale, improving retention, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in Industrial Relations.

Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant labor laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
