Job description

Training:

  1. Communicate with external vendors for site services and repairs.
  2. Liaise with EHS for document-related matters, permit registration, LOTO, etc.
  3. Coordinate and ensure training is provided to external vendors.
  4. Attend, record, and conduct all trainings as per the training matrix and schedule.
  5. Fill log sheets, checklists, and planners as described in SOPs.
  6. Issue work permits and gate passes.

PM:

  1. Perform planned preventive maintenance on clean utilities equipment to maximize plant availability and aim for zero unplanned downtime.
  2. Raise communication memos for preventive maintenance activities.
  3. Respond to, carry out, and record equipment maintenance activities efficiently and effectively.

Operation:

  1. Continuously monitor and troubleshoot clean utilities equipment.
  2. Maintain spare parts availability for all equipment to prevent downtime due to non-availability.
  3. Observe and rectify equipment/machine conditions proactively, detecting unusual conditions.
  4. Ensure all equipment operates and is maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
  5. Familiarize with manufacturing processes and related equipment.
  6. Report daily activities and any issues to superiors.
  7. Fill log sheets, checklists, history cards, and planners as per SOPs.
  8. Learn and use SAP for activities such as raising, addressing, and closing notifications and work orders.
  9. Participate in projects related to process optimization and facility upgrades.
  10. Set objectives and targets for the work area and adhere to timelines.

Qualification

  1. Support commissioning and validation activities, including FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, and RQ.
  2. Generate various documents, procedures, protocols, and reports as required.
