WYNKIDS Education Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager, Human Resources to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, Human Resources, you will oversee the Human Resource department, work closely with the Recruitment team, and oversee employment engagement and HR strategies.

Your Role Would Include:

  • HR Generalist heading the HR Team
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to hire and retain the right talents
  • Work closely with the Management Team to build a strong company culture
  • Plan and implement overall HR strategies

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • A Degree in Human Resource, Business Studies/Management, or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, including a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Manager
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
