Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day HR operations and employee data updates ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as a super-user or administration for HRIS systems and ensures data accuracy.
- Supports HR practices throughout the employee lifecycle such as benefits administration and employee communications regarding changes or updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure all HR practices including maintaining employee files and records comply with labour laws and internal policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and service delivery including analysing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Monitor and report on HR service SLAs and recommend improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR service execution.
- Liaise with external vendors for outsourced services.
- Assist in resolving employee relation issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Assist in HR digitalization efforts and implementation of new systems or tools.
- Participate in HR projects such as policy review, internal audits, employee engagement activities and surveys.
- Supports internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR documentation and assisting in compliance reporting.
- Contribute to succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within the organization.
Skills and Competencies Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HR operations experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- Exposure to HR transformation or digital initiatives
