Industrial Relations / Employee Relations (IR/ER)

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution to ensure a respectful and compliant workplace. Provide guidance to managers and support fair enforcement of HR policies aligned with labour laws.

Employer Branding

Build relationships with industry bodies and represent the company at external events to promote a positive employer image. Stay current with HR trends to enhance company visibility and competitiveness.

Learning & Development

Design and implement training programs aligned with business goals and employee growth. Oversee the learning management system and continuously assess training effectiveness.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as wellness activities, team-building events, and recognition programs. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event coordination and impactful outcomes.

Talent Management

Manage early career programmes including internships, management associate, and development programmes. Implement strategies for talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce development.

Performance Management

Coordinate the annual performance review process and support employees and managers throughout. Analyse performance data to identify trends and improve performance management tools.

Staff Handbook

Maintain and regularly update the Staff Handbook to reflect current policies. Ensure accessibility and proper communication of updates to all employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IR/ER, event management, training, employer branding, and employee engagement.

Good understanding of labour laws, with experience handling employee misconduct, investigations, and workplace issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships with employees and stakeholders.

Confident and engaging public speaker, able to capture and maintain audience attention in both structured and dynamic environments.

TTT (Train-the-Trainer) certification by HRDCorp is an added advantage.
