About the role

To support in the areas of administration and operations of the HR Services team, to ensure adherence and compliance of the Bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

What will you do:

Payroll Services

Ensure accuracy and timely processing for the following: -

  • Payroll data compilation and submission to payroll vendor for processing
  • Perform payroll reports, payroll checking and sign-off
  • Salary payment and staff financing-i interface via RBS system
  • To prepare reports to be submitted to Finance
  • Payroll interface and journal voucher to Finance ORACLE system
  • Auto-pay file to banking system
  • Payroll reconciliation and monthly payroll closing
  • Perform staff account monitoring (SAS) and provide daily reporting

Medical Services

  • Liaise with the Bank’s partners in providing medical services. i.e. Takaful provider, third party administrator (TPA) and medical broker
  • Manage and monitor insurance and medical renewal
  • Administer staff enrolment, medical claims and annual health screening check-up
  • Ensure payment of invoices in timely manner

Skills, certifications and experience you possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Human Resources, or any related field
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' working experience in human resource, including HR Services and Payroll
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end Payroll and other HR Services processes
  • Sound knowledge of HR policies & procedures and HR best practices
