Full job description
Responsibilities
Develop strategic policies and programs for overall tours operations.
Assist GM in key company issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
Performs daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
Ensures property, grounds, physical plant and work areas maintained to standard.
Builds strong working relationships and communications with team members, HOD's and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment of special event need.
Monitor maintenance progress and Asset Management and provide status report to GM.
Assist the GM in all aspects of business planning.
Analyze business results and trends and prepares action plans to leverage the company’s strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all action plans.
Job Requirement
At least 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Operations Management.
Have strong customer service skills and deep expertise in the Tourism Industry in Sabah.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Foreign language is an added advantage.
Able to work on flexible time.
