Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic policies and programs for overall tours operations.
  • Assist GM in key company issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
  • Performs daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
  • Ensures property, grounds, physical plant and work areas maintained to standard.
  • Builds strong working relationships and communications with team members, HOD's and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfilment of special event need.
  • Monitor maintenance progress and Asset Management and provide status report to GM.
  • Assist the GM in all aspects of business planning.
  • Analyze business results and trends and prepares action plans to leverage the company’s strengths and address areas of opportunity. Ensure the execution of all action plans.

Job Requirement

  • At least 8 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Operations Management.
  • Have strong customer service skills and deep expertise in the Tourism Industry in Sabah.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Foreign language is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on flexible time.
