About the Hotel

Set in Malaysia's rapidly developing capital, our hotel is located in the heart of KL Eco City, Bangsar, and directly connected to the LRT Station and KTM Commuter Station. Amari Kuala Lumpur is ideally situated between Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, offering 252 guest rooms including Superior rooms, Club Deluxe rooms, and Club One Bedroom Suites.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure implementation of SOPs and all policies & procedures related to the department.
  2. Handle guest requests and complaints appropriately, adhering to the hotel’s service recovery guidelines.
  3. Ensure opening and closing duties are performed according to standards.
  4. Review weekly forecasts and schedule team members accordingly.
  5. Assist in operations during peak periods as required.
  6. Function as Duty Manager.
  7. Greet and escort guests to their rooms following hotel standards.
  8. Inspect back-of-the-house and guest areas (evening shift) and report findings to concerned departments.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
