Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Support overall interior design and landscaping aspects of all retail development projects, both internal and external.
2. Provide retail planning options for leasing, including study plans for reconfiguration.
3. Deliver detailed design briefings to tenants before they commence their design work for new fit-outs.
4. Review concept and detailed design submissions, providing approval or feedback within 3 to 5 working days.
5. Collaborate with tenants and their designers to improve designs that do not meet landlord requirements.
6. Work with the Fit Out Team to ensure that fit-out works adhere to design requirements.
7. Participate in pre-opening inspections and sign off on the interior design components.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in retail design and fit-out.
• Own transport and willingness to work in Putrajaya, Puchong, or Damansara.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
