This Assistant Manager position focuses on financial controls, report preparation, and operational efficiency, ensuring accurate records and effective collaboration within the team.
• Implementation of financial controls through timely updating of financial data relevant to operational efficiency and profitability of the business;
• Managing coordination and administration of all operational activities such as client exposures and volume of clients per facility;
• Preparation of financial reports including cash flow monitoring in line with budget requirements;
• Maintaining accurate records for financial operations in line with company standard operating procedures;
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes;
• Reporting on performance of existing deals, in line with progress milestones;
• Any other ad-hoc assignments or tasks as may be assigned by the Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any equivalent.
• Working experience in financial operations and data analysis in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations will be added advantages.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for both written and verbal communication.
