• 4-5 years’ experience in a finance role, preferably in property development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and finance tasks, including banking, payments, AR reconciliation, and tax estimation (CP204).
• Prepare full set of accounts, financial statements, audit and tax schedules, and cash flow reports.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents on financial matters.
• Draft audit reports and prepare periodic tax computations.
• Assist in annual/semi-annual budgeting.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years’ experience (preferably in property development).
• Proficient in MS Office, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
