Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance operations for property development projects across multiple regions, including Australia, the UK, and Singapore.
  • Manage daily financial functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, management reporting, and treasury while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly reporting, coordinating with operational teams across subsidiaries.
  • Prepare budgets and cash flow projections at both project and investment holding company levels.
  • Lead the finalization of statutory audits, financial statements, and corporate tax filings across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Strategic Finance & Process Improvement
  • Support due diligence, risk assessment, and pre-deal reviews for new property acquisitions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within finance operations.
Stakeholder & Regulatory Engagement
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, banks, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Collaborate with joint venture partners and internal stakeholders on finance and operational matters.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or recognized Professional qualification, preferably a member of MIA or equivalent professional accounting bodies.
Skills & Abilities
  • Good working knowledge of statutory act related to financial accounting (Accounting Standard) and financial instruments.
  • Strong supervising and team building skills.
